Naruko Haul

So, last week I broke my "no buy until Black Friday" and had a moment of pure weakness. I just could not resist the temptation that is Naruko. If you have been with me since the beginning aka my Youtube days, you will know that I have purchased, used and have loved Naruko skincare products in the past. I have slowly found my way back to Naruko thanks to some very gracious friends sending me decants/samples. So, one thing led to another (as it usually does) and boom, there I was browsing the Naruko website and adding items to my cart.

Here is the picture I posted on Instagram of my haul however, I did not post the free products that I received for spending over a certain amount. Naruko was very generous with the extras! Most companies will give you sample packets and some may even add in a sheet mask. Granted I spend way over $100USD but I received three sheet masks and two full size products.




When I first began browsing the Naruko website, I had one product in mind that I wanted to purchase. The La Creme Face Renewal Miracle Essence was a product I was dying to try after reading rave reviews from a few Instabloggers. Aside from my eye area, my post acne scars is my main skin care concern (aka a pain in my ass) and since the reviews on this essence were stellar, I just had to try it.

This essence comes in a beautiful but heavy glass bottle containing 150ml of product. This contains 94.9% yeast extract from organic fermented rice. This helps to not only brighten but prevents aging, erases dullness and hydrates. You are left with bright and firm skin. I am in the process of patch testing but it is vert luxurious. This normally sells for close to $100 but it was 58% off here (costing only $37.50!) plus I got an extra 10% off for spending over one hundred dollars. Yes, I bought a lot of stuff but I got a lot of free goodies too...

At first, I was a little disappointment when I opened the box and the free full size product promised for spending over $100 was not included. I did receive three sheet masks but the full size Calendula Toner was not in the box. I used the online customer service form on the Naruko website and received a quick reply. Rachel at Naruko was so apologetic and promised that my free product would be shipped out the next day. I was totally surprised to see that not only the toner was sent but another full size product was also included. So I received the NRK Calendula Soothing and Calming Toner in the yellow bottle and the teal bottle is the NRK Hyaluronic Acid Super Rich Lotion Essence.

They also gave me three sheet masks, Q10 Age defying Brightening mask x2 and HA Hydro-Lock Moisturizing mask.
