My April Empties

I know that I am a little behind but here are my empties for the month April. If you follow my Instagram account you know that I post my AM and PM routines often. I don't often use the same products everyday as I like to switch it up. I listen to how my skin is feeling and because my skin is sensitive and acne prone, I may use a different set of products depending on how my skin is behaving. Plus, since I do not use the same products everyday, I go through my products a lot less. On the flip side though, I have a shit ton of products! Storage is a nightmare and another story and blog post! Here are the products I got through last month...

Here are my empties:

Laneige Water Sleeping Pack EX - I bought this in a mini kit from Target for $5 here but have used up full sizes of this famous product. I have a mixed feeling on this sleeping mask because while I do like it, I know there are other sleeping masks out there with better ingredients that offer better results. So why do I keep buying it?? Because I love the scent, the feel and it's easily accessible.

Laneige Multiberry Yogurt Repair Pack - I first got a sample of this at the Amore Pacific store years ago while visiting Chicago. This stuff smells like Strawberry Quick or Strawberry Yan Yan. Again, I love the scent, how it feels but I have other wash offs that offer better results. However this is not a bad product at all, probably why I keep coming back to it. Again, I bought this in a mini kit from Target. I will be hosting a giveaway soon and this set will be in the prize so stay tuned.

Missha Konjac Sponge - I love konjac sponges and I have tried several. This one by Missha is slightly softer than the Etude House one that I am currently using. This is the charcoal version for those with oily or acne prone skin. I would recommend this for any skin type. Just be sure to clean it by soaking the sponge in boiling water for 5 minutes and throw them out completely after 1-2 ish months. Make sure you store them probably too. If you live in humid areas keep the sponge in the refrigerator between uses. You can find this here!

Klairs:
Supple Preparation Facial Toner - This is a ph balancing toner that does help to balance my skin after cleansing. This does calm irritation and is very soothing but leaves my skin a bit tacky. They have upgraded the formula and I am dying to try it!

Rich Moist Soothing Serum - Out of the line this is my favorite product. I love how calming and soothing it made my skin feel. This was a lightweight gel that absorbed quickly and left my skin soft.

Rich Moist Soothing Cream - This cream was just ok for me. Yes, it did calm and soothe my skin and provide deep hydration but I much prefer the Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream that I reviewed here over this cream. This didn't absorb into my skin very easily because I think it was too rich for my skin. This would be a great option that prefer a  heavier style cream.

Paula's Choice 2% BHA Gel - Although this is a good formulated product that has the correct ph needed for exfoliation, I much prefer the 2% BHA liquid over this version. This felt sticky no matter how thin of a layer I applied. (Get $10 off your first order here)

Cosrx Cotton Pads - These are a-maz-ing! These are a soft, quitted style cotton pads that don't break apart or leave a trail of cotton behind. Plus they are under $3 a box here!
